About me
Hi, welcome to my website. As you may have guessed by now, my name is Amy, and I run a guesthouse. I'm originally from Bangkok. Below you can see a picture of me and my mom in front of my house there. I love playing guitar. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration. After working in the office for several years I decided I wanted to do something different.

I got my Tourist Authority of Thailand (TAT)
license to be a tour guide. It was a lot of hard work getting my license because the TAT is quite strict in giving out these licenses. Only 10% of the people who apply actually make it. I worked for several tour companies, and every once in a while I still run tours through Thailand. I really like doing the tour, but in the long run I need an occupation where I can settle down. So a few years ago I decided I would like to try running a guesthouse. Since then I have rented a bungalow park with my friends Noom and Park in Ko Lanta. Although I really liked it in Ko Lanta, the lease became too expensive to continue, so I decided to look at other opportunities. In 2002 I travelled to Pai and fell in love with this town, so I decided to buy a piece of land here. I found a really nice piece, just a couple of kilometers out of Pai. It is located in the upper left corner of the map, at the crossing near Bahn Mae Khong.

Recently, I became a mother. Our little baby son is called Bibey, and as far as I'm concerned he is the cutest boy in the world. On the right you can see a picture of him :-)

Below you can see a picture of me with my land. After running a guesthouse in Pai town for a while, I have now built Earth bungalows on my own land. I hope you will come stay with me. I promise you won't regret it.
